The restaurant is located in Motto in the beautiful Blenio Valley in Ticino and welcomes you to a fresh and carefully designed environment where you will immediately feel at home. The menu is contemporary in inspiration while at the same time linked to the region and its good ingredients. The often seasonal, organic and zero-mile ingredients at 3VIE are transformed and combined, giving vent to the international impulses and rich gastronomic background of the two chefs. The eclectic addition of surprising and unexpected elements, collectively results in a cuisine as tasty as it is unique, which the two creators call "informal haute cuisine."

Chef Alessia Saglini and Baldomero Lopez
It was 2014 when Alessia Saglini, a young Bleniese and elementary school teacher, driven by a hunger to find new horizons of creativity, set off on a formative journey that would change her life. A graduate of the renowned culinary school Le Cordon Bleu Paris, she will carry out several experiences in starred restaurants thus taking her first steps in the international circuit of haute cuisine. She collaborates with several chefs significant to her professional growth, tasting various culinary trends up close and eventually landing in Mexico, a land with a mild climate and nature that is always rich and generous. There he fully developed his passion for a cuisine intimately linked to the land, capable of transmitting the true flavors of the earth and giving deep wellbeing. It was precisely in Baja California, at the restaurant Corazon de Tierra, a splendid gastronomic stronghold overlooking the ocean, that he met Baldo Lopez, a young and talented Mexican chef who returned home after a rich professional career in Europe with stops at, among others, the most renowned restaurants in Madrid. Married with two children, Alessia and Baldo are also a winning couple in the kitchen, where they hope to give you unforgettable moments because after all, as Baldo says, good cooking is all about love.
