In the old Ghitello mill situated at the entrance to the Gole della Breggia park in Morbio Inferiore, just a few minutes from the centre of Mendrisio, our qualified staff will be able to advise you on the best way to pair your chosen wines. We have a well-stocked wine cellar. An ideal place to spend an evening in company to discover the wines and the "terroir" of our Canton Ticino.
Sensory tasting, emotional tasting, themed evenings or simply an opportunity to spend a convivial evening with friends savouring the aromas and scents of wines produced by local winemakers. Or we can offer you an aperitif with local food and wine combinations. Wine should not be drunk alone, but together with loved ones in conviviality.

He has always been a lover of good food and has made this passion his profession. The chef has gained various experiences that have led him to have a keen eye for the most modern reinterpretation of traditional dishes. At first glance, reserved and task-oriented, he let himself be overwhelmed and immediately entered into perfect harmony with the team of the Corte del vino Ticino, elaborating ideas and menus that best match his personality and the philosophy of the Corte.
Fresh seasonal vegetables punctuate the culinary calendar. Matured alpine cheeses and cured meats are only part of the local culinary excellence.
