The Crotto dei Tigli, located under the green hill of Sant'Antonio di Balerna, is housed in an old Ticino country house. Inside, you'll find a 30-seat lounge with a typical untreated terracotta floor and a splendid 15-seat room with a fireplace that is always lit in winter.
During the summer you can enjoy our magnificent pergola of American grapes and the large terrace with our majestic lime trees. The gastronomic proposal, managed by Chef Claudio Panzeri with the support of Chef Remi Agustoni and kitchen assistant Karim, is based on traditional Ticino and Lombardy cuisine. The menu never lacks for potato gnocchi, roast rabbit, braised beef and porcini mushrooms, accompanied by local polenta. In addition to these classic flavours, Claudio offers daily "off the menu" dishes. In the dining room, Moira and Davide with Luca, Roberta and Arel take care of and pamper our customers with professionalism and sympathy. In the style of "excellent value for money", an enviable wine cellar follows. The many local labels and some excellent Italian wines stand out.
