  • The booking procedure is as follows.

    • The user can make the purchase online by clicking GO TO SHOP

    • Purchases can be made Online (Shopify Lugano Region); at Infopoints in Lugano; directly at participating accommodations.

    • The user will be invited to choose the mode of delivery. Experience vouchers can be picked up in three ways: home delivery (with purchase at least 1 week before use); pickup at our InfoPoint; or pickup at one of the participating accommodations.

    • The costs of the Experiences are already inclusive of VAT

    • Lugano Region will grant 10% discount for simultaneous purchase of 2 experiences and 20% discount for 3 experiences
