Flamel - Restaurant & Bistrot is located inside the famous LuganoDante, right in the center of Lugano in the quiet pedestrian area of Piazza Cioccaro.

On the ground floor, the lobby merges with the hotel's restaurant spaces. The chef's work space, bordered by an "industrial" style window, is open to the gazes and curiosity of guests.

On the menu, the contrast between traditional recipes and the modernity of the dining concept is itself almost alchemical. A dynamic yet traditional menu combines the concept of urban elegance with the distinctive features of Ticino cuisine, offering conviviality and sharing.

The Flamel Urban Farming project is inspired by the concept of the urban garden and thus aims to transform the outdoor spaces of the facility by giving them agricultural and environmental utility. the Flamel Urban Farming aims to produce foodstuffs according to the principles of organic farming by promoting plant biodiversity as well as animal biodiversity. In fact, its area is not only dedicated to the production of food plants, but also to the planting of native wildflowers and the creation of micro ecosystems that benefit wild bees, insects, butterflies, and birds.
