Nestled at the gates of the small and delightful village of Vico Morcote, cantilevering over the lake, La Sorgente restaurant welcomes the most curious visitors and lovers of the fine-dining experience linked to the local area.
About 20 covers only, divided between the two historic halls or on the lake-view terrace of the Relais Castello di Morcote, a 17th-century building, where you can also stay overnight in the 12 rooms, each one different from the other.

A cuisine without too many tricks or special effects: chef Francesco Sangalli puts first the search for quality products of our territory, scouted among small local producers, and embellished by very accurate and not too trivial cooking techniques such as open flame, charcoal and smoking. The result is haute cuisine with an eye to the future, to the sustainable and toward the most environmentally sound choices.
