The Locanda has two dining rooms, one of which has a crackling fireplace. The restaurant, opened in 2004, is managed by Chef Persyo Cadlolo who, after 7 years of experience as Chef at " Le Gourmett " in Locarno, several years at the Hotel Eden Roc in Ascona and at the Hotel Mont Cervin in Zermatt, has undertaken this new fascinating challenge. In the dining room, he is assisted with professionalism and courtesy by his wife Helena. The Locarnese Locanda is made up of a close-knit and well-prepared team, which has already had the opportunity to distinguish itself beyond the Alps and has already been chosen several times to take care of the catering for important local events (such as the Moon&Stars Festival).
