In the large dining room with the open kitchen or on the terrace in the middle of the vineyards, the best ingredients are assembled in the search for innovation, but always in the name of tradition thanks to the creativity of Chef Andrea Muggiano who, with his team, creates wonderful dishes, using mostly products from the garden and the fruits of the estate, in full respect of the seasons and the farm-to-table.
His passion for cooking and in-depth knowledge allow the chef to offer his menu full of sensitivity and imagination, a gourmet menu but at the same time traditional and delicious. The same sensitivity can be found in the combination with Moncucchetto wines, an all-female wine cellar, and with other Swiss and international labels produced exclusively by women. The cuisine encapsulates the rural wisdom that knows the cycles of nature and follows its rhythm, varying the table according to the gifts of the earth and adding that touch of creativity that transforms a simple dish into culinary art.
