The refined and creative cuisine of Chef Palladino, the local products, the direct contact with our trusted suppliers and the warm affection towards our diners are the solid principles on which the philosophy of the Osteria Enoteca Cuntitt is based. The Osteria was born in Castel San Pietro (a few minutes from Mendrisio) from the important restoration work of the Masseria Cuntitt, an example of rural Lombard architecture, surrounded by vineyards, mountains and valleys.
In this splendid setting, chef Federico Palladino develops dishes with authentic, deep flavours, respecting the ingredients to capture the essence of the raw material. The Osteria Enoteca Cuntitt is also a place where the link between wine and food is of vital importance. Thanks to a wide selection of bottles from local winemakers, combined with a large collection of foreign wines, the experience in this magical place can only become an indelible memory in the minds of our guests.

Federico Palladino arrived as Chef Patron of the Osteria Enoteca Cuntitt in 2020, his career includes experience of the calibre of "Da Vittorio" and Gualtiero Marchesi's international school "Alma". In 2018 he was mentioned in the "Identità Golose" Guide.
