The Chef and his brigade carefully choose wholesome, seasonal ingredients, some of which come directly from the organic garden located in the Resort's grounds. Seasonal herbs, fruits and vegetables enrich the Restaurant's menus with their authentic flavors. The Collina d'Oro Resort also has its own charming vineyard, which stretches across a hillside with a wide range of exposures.
