Terreni alla Maggia
Falling in love with nature
The Terreni alla Maggia AG farm was founded in 1930 and covers about 150 hectares of integrated and sustainable agriculture in one of the most beautiful natural landscapes in Switzerland. Everything is cultivated with respect for the landscape.
The winegrowers of Terreni alla Maggia take scrupulous care of their vineyards, treating them with love and the utmost care so that they can harvest high quality grapes every year. The resulting aromas reflect the pure drinking pleasure of Ticino. Terreni alla Maggia produces a representative selection of wines on 10.5 hectares of vineyards. The selection ranges from the traditional Merlot to Bondola to the highly sought-after barrique-aged wines, skilfully selected by the winemaker. Terreni alla Maggia has been selected by the prestigious wine guide GaultMillau as one of the 150 best Swiss wine producers. The Enoteca Alimentare is a lovely shop in Ascona open every day where you can buy various products from the company: wine, spirits, flour and much more.
