Chef Filippo Rodà & Francesco Donati
After attending the Hotel School in Lausanne between 2004 and 2008, Francesco Donati, the owner, returned to Ticino and settled in Lugano; he joined Filippo Rodà, an experienced chef.
Specialities include our excellent Swiss beef, salmon, trout and vegan tartare, as well as delicious pasta dishes or gourmet fish specialities.
