Located in Lumino, in a quiet area just outside Bellinzona, Bistrot 3544 is the new "industrial" style concept-restaurant.
The innovative design of The Residence, completely reconstructed on the ashes of three core buildings, consists of three structures within it: The Residence, The Studio and The Bistro.
Right on the second floor, is located the exclusive Bistrot, in total harmony with the structure, which offers all users the opportunity to enjoy the delicious breakfasts , as well as the opportunity to taste a cuisine based on the use of fresh and genuine ingredients, for the preparation of the Chef's own characteristic Mediterranean dishes.

Gastronomic supervision is by the chef, while impeccable room service is coordinated by Fabio Dondi, manager of the historic locala La Clava, both venues located in Bellinzona.
Mediterranean and local dishes offer a gastronomic experience and follow the changing seasons.
Possibility of excellent food and wine pairings that especially enhance small Ticino and foreign wineries. Quality aperitifs and cuisine with meat-based specialties, favoring the best "cuts" that have been fried.
