The cuisine of The Restaurant, inaugurated in 2014, is focused on the care in the choice of raw materials, with particular attention to the seasonality and to the typical products of the Canton Ticino; absolutely to be tasted the risottos and the meat cooked on the Josper grill, which favours an excellent cooking of the meat, enhancing its flavour. Sushi and sashimi lovers can discover the proposals of our Sushi Master Chef; we will propose delicate traditional flavours and, for the more adventurous, surprising fusion combinations.
